Since publication, “The Flash” is still protected for a ninth season, and hopefully a few of the loose ends left by the early cancellation of “Batwoman” and “Legends of Tomorrow” can be tied up through the handful of remaining Arrowverse programs. If not, possibly the programs might find a house at HBO Max, however its best not to get our hopes up too high. After todays announcements, we should probably begin getting used to the dissatisfaction.
Longer running series like “Dynasty,” “Charmed,” and “Legacies” are currently waiting for the green light for additional seasons. In a depressingly paradoxical coincidence, the cancellations likewise come on National Superhero Day.
